Edinburgh based theatre collective The Counterminers explore female reproductive rights in Hersterectomy, their new devised piece, performing somewhat appropriately in a venue that is reminiscent of a womb.

The EUTC make a decent fist of Shakers, at the Bedlam all week, playing to the broad comedy of the John Godber and Jane Thornton’s script but finding their best in its moments of pathos.
Jesus Christ Superstar

There is one big sing on offer up at the Church Hill Theatre this week, and two big pairs of lungs which are equal to the task in the Edinburgh University Savoy Opera Group’s staging of Jesus Christ Superstar.
Radio 69

There is enough liveliness and verve in Radio 69, presented by the Counterminers at theSpace at Symposium Hall, for several Fringe shows. However, a corresponding attention to detail is not always present.
