But if you’re management is overruling security and saying that they should get in even though they are drunk that is when problems start.,I refused to return as situation happened and your management over ruled me they the 2 drunk father and son in question caused a scene in playhouse? Who had both been refused from all bars and had admitted to leaving during interval for a drink. Only 4 radios working over 3 days I worked there as told old radios had been taken away. I am not upset and making this comment I am a driver at local care home and bringing my residents. But I have numerous emails from management saying that I was to blame? Which is totally wrong I am willing to. Meet with your to discuss this matter further as I feel that there will future problems and more people getting hurt and more problems to your business that shouldn’t be happening.
